Meet Cassie Ramone, Kickball Katy and Ali from Vivian Girls with Influences from : The Wipers, Nirvana, Black Tambourine, The Shangri-Las, made them so raw, noisy but still charming.
Sounds like the 60s beat meet early punk-rock, like a more feminine version of Iggy Pop. At their myspace they said that they sounds like beatpunk.

A young and naive band that try to blend power-pop, garage-rock and disco. That end up as a uncertain-lads that trying to be cool and charming by singing something about make out at the sofa, their effort may sounds great in the nineties, but not so well defined as ‘good’ nowadays. But it’s ok, they still have times to grow, and becoming a nice band in the future.

Look what we have here. We just raid a nice pop band that named their self “The Trees and The Wild”. Well somehow they are just another neo-folk-pop band but yet still beautiful and soothing even if the vocalist sounded like John Mayer on acid.
