Look what we have here. We just raid a nice pop band that named their self “The Trees and The Wild”. Well somehow they are just another neo-folk-pop band but yet still beautiful and soothing even if the vocalist sounded like John Mayer on acid.

Another treasure we found at Myspace. Suster Clinic, a five piece all girls from Malang, East Java, Indonesia. Who played nice indie-pop-punk tunes. Their songs would reminds you to Shonen Knife, Dara Puspita or maybe Boys Are Toys.

Bite are Deedee Laz, Alexander Kaunang, Rebecca Theodora and Harry K. They said that a Bite sounds like… sometimes a crunch, sometimes a crack, some other time it sounds like “chump”. But sometimes it’s just so smooth that you can just swallow it ahead.
You’ll gonna love how they sing about people who wore “Ramones” t-shirts but doesn’t have any idea who iis Dee Dee and Joey. Sweet voices but sarcastic lyrics.
A mysterious folk artists, we couldn’t found any information about Tenderpaw at the myspace’s page. But i think Tenderpaw is a pseudonym for a singer-song writer located in Jakarta.
The music itself soothing a gentle breeze, reminding us to our folk heroes Simon and Garfunkel. raid their myspace now to get more songs from this young folk.

The Wispy Hummers are Joan and her acoustic guitar, she plays a beautiful lo-fi-folk-songs with influence from Bob Dylan, Bright Eyes, Wilco etc. Recently they just released an e.p. called “You go First” which is strictly limited.
